F.A.QFrequently Asked Questions Where is the Condominium? We are located at Terrace Ridge off the Lake Wilson Road - next to Reunion Resort How much does it cost? Prices range from
£375/$675 (low season) to £525/$945 (High season) per property per week. What's included in the price? The price is per week for the Condo and not per person. Are there any hidden extras? There is a cleaning charge
of £65/$100 payable on bookings of less than one week. Check in after 16.00 on arrival date. Check out before 10.00 on departure date. What deposits do we need to give you and are they returnable? There is an initial non returnable deposit of £150/$265 per week payable to secure your reservation. A refundable security bond of £200/$350 will be required with the final balance. This will be returned to you subject to there being no damage to the property or contents contained within. How close is the Condominium to Disney? The
condominium is
approximately 10 minutes to drive. This is my first visit - Can you give suggestions for things to see & do? You really will be spoilt for choice in finding things to do. Usually the biggest problem is how to fit everything in! We have provided a list of other sites on our links page which we think will help get you started, but we are always happy to chat to you and help in any way we can. How do I find out if the dates that I want are available? Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss what dates we have available. How many does your home sleep? Our home has
two bedrooms
and sleeps up to 6 people, Is there a minimum / maximum stay time? The Condominium is available for
any length of stay starting on any day of the week There is too much / little information for me to decide, can I just speak to someone? We are happy to chat to you about any aspect of your holiday. We really want to make this a special trip for you, so please feel free to contact us. Why should I choose a condominium and not a hotel? Most private vacation homes
offer considerably more space than you will find in the typical hotel room
often at a reduced cost. Private homes offer
excellent flexibility. Unlike a typical hotel room, most private vacation
rentals include kitchen facilities. Vacation rental homes often contain many personal & convenience items that will increase the comfort of the guest. Many vacation homes are
used frequently by their owners and as such, they are not like the typical
"sterile" environment found in hotels and other "vacation establishments". Homeowners and rental
agents are often able to provide you with
tips and hints that only the locals know. Renting a private vacation home offers the affordability, exceptional value, and personal attention that you deserve. Why should I choose Chase Grove Condo? Chase Grove is our home which we wish to share with you to make your stay a magical one. It is in a great location which offers total privacy or community facilities if you wish to meet others and make friends. Do I need travel insurance? We would strongly recommend that you get full travel and medical insurance for peace of mind. Are there any shops/restaurants/facilities close by? Is there plenty to do for the children in the Condominium? There is a selection of games, cards, DVD's and videos for the delight of the kids ... big and small ! Are all towels and linen included? YES all linen and towels for use in the Condominium are provided, but we do not supply beach towels so please bring your own if you are planning a trip to the coast. Can I hire a high chair or cot? These are available free of charge when you book, additional requirements can be pre ordered from our management company - please state your requirements when booking. Are all the resort facilities included in the price? Yes, there are no additional charges to guests. Who looks after Your home? We have a property
Management Company who looks after our Condominium. Has the Condominium got any safety features? As a brand new Condominium it meets all the stringent safety regulations laid down by the state of Florida. It is provided with a fire extinguisher. Is there a shop on the resort? There is no shop on the resort but there are two supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. Does the Condo have its own phone? Yes and all local calls are free. To make long distance calls you need to provide the telephone company with details of your credit card. We strongly advise that you purchase a phone card from any of the local stores for a much cheaper way to make long distance calls. You simply enter the number on the card into the phone in the Condominium and make your call. Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay? Depending on the time of
year we would consider discounting stays over 2 weeks.
